Holacracy + Public Sector

SIAV, “Syndicat Intercommunal d’Assainissement de Valenciennes” (Valenciennes Intercommunal Sanitation Syndicate), switched to Holacracy in October 2015 following the decision taken by the President Véronique Dupiré, the Chief Executive François Laurent Facquez, and the Assistant General Manager Hakim Haïkel. This video was filmed during the 5th week of the Holacracy implementation, interviewing several SIAV employees: Sophie Cornette, Frédéric Dherbecourt, Emmanuelle Gourland and François Laurent Facquez. They all tshare their experience after the first few days of support.
