Interview of Isabelle Baur, President of the Board of Directors

Isabelle Baur, President of the Board of Directors at Scarabée Biocoop, is sharing her experience after 10 months of Holacracy practice inside the cooperative, located in Rennes (west of France) and composed of 150+ employees, five stores, three restaurants, one delicatessen trade and a snacking restaurant.
In this interview, Isabelle Baur retrace the reasons why she decided to implement Holacracy, as well as her conclusions, following her first interview and making an assessment of these 10 first months in Holacracy.
As a reminder, the 11th of February, all the members of the Board of Directors ratified the Holacracy Constitution and begun the implementation led by iGi Partners during 24 weeks.
